About the Role
Innovative Therapy Center (Innovative Speech and Swallowing Partners) is a predominantly pediatric outpatient therapy clinic. The clinic began by offering speech, language, voice, feeding and swallowing services to both adult and pediatric clients. We are now a multi-disciplinary practice provided speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counseling services.
As we've grown, we continue to strive to support client therapy goals through individualized treatments based on client specific needs in friendly, family focused environment. Once the personal one-on-one evaluation is completed, treatment is initiated with one or a team of our experienced and compassionate clinicians. At Innovative Therapy Center, we want to see every client and family attain their goals.
All services are provided at our clinic location in Uniontown, Ohio. We also service some select daycare centers/schools in the surrounding areas.
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and knowledgeable Occupational Therapist Assistant to add to our energetic outpatient speech, OT, and counseling private practice! In order to best meet the needs of our practice and clients, we are looking for someone with availability 3 days/week with office. Our office is open until 6pm on Mondays-Thursdays and 5pm on Fridays, and candidates must be able to work these hours. Experience working with pediatric populations with sensory processing and fine motor skills would be helpful, but not required.
