At Innovative Therapy Center, we believe therapy should be effective, family-centered, and genuinely fun. We are a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary outpatient practice serving children and families throughout Northeast Ohio. Our team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Feeding Specialists, and Counselors who collaborate daily to help children reach their full potential.
We're growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about pediatric communication and wants to work alongside a supportive team that values clinical excellence, creativity, and work-life balance.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE POSITION
*Primarily pediatric caseload (ages 6 months–18 years)
*Opportunity to build specialty interests, including literacy, language, AAC, feeding, social communication, or voice
*Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with PT, OT, Counseling, and Feeding Therapy all under one roof
*Modern outpatient clinic with dedicated therapy spaces
*Mentorship and support from experienced clinicians
*Flexible scheduling options with opportunity for 4 or 5 day workweek
*Manageable productivity expectations with dedicated documentation time
*Opportunity to treat a small adult caseload if desired, but not required
*Strong administrative support so you can focus on patient care
TYPICAL CASELOAD
This position is primarily focused on:
*Speech sound disorders/articulation and phonological disorders
*Receptive and expressive language delays/disorders
*Early language development
*School-age language and academic support
*Social communication skills
*Literacy and reading-related language intervention (interest and experience strongly preferred)
*AAC assessments and interventions
Additional opportunities may be available in feeding, voice, fluency, and adult services based on clinician interests and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
*Ohio Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility)
*Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
*Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
*Pediatric experience preferred
*Interest in literacy intervention strongly preferred
